Choose the right services for your images.

Clean selections and backgrounds

Clipping paths define the edges of solid products with hand-drawn selections. Background removal prepares the image for a white, transparent or replacement background. The two can form part of the same brief, but the final output should be specified: an isolated image, an editable path or both.

Fine hair, fur, translucent materials and intricate openings may need a different approach from a simple product outline. Send a representative sample so we can assess the detail rather than quote from image quantity alone. If you need several product views, show the most demanding angle as well as the easiest one.

Retouching and shadows

Retouching addresses distractions within the image, such as dust, surface marks or uneven exposure. Identify the details that must remain accurate, including texture, labels and signs of age. An approved reference helps define the difference between useful cleanup and a change to the product itself.

Shadow creation adds a grounded finish to isolated products. Tell us whether you want a natural contact shadow, a drop shadow or a reflection. Include a style reference and say whether background removal is also required, so the quote covers the complete result.

ARTWORK AND DELIVERY

Manual vector tracing

Choose manual vector tracing when a logo or supplied artwork needs to be redrawn as scalable, editable shapes. Share the clearest source available and identify lettering, colours or proportions that must be preserved. Detailed illustrations and incomplete source artwork need individual assessment.

Tell us how the artwork will be used and which formats your designer or printer needs. AI, EPS, SVG or PDF delivery can be agreed for the project. Converting a file extension alone does not explain the required redraw, so include an example of the finish you expect.

Prepare a useful enquiry

For any service, send representative files, image or artwork quantity, editing instructions and your deadline. Add the required dimensions, background, file type and naming convention. Explain whether this is one project or part of a regular catalogue workflow, and mention any confidentiality requirements before sharing restricted material.
