Working together

Service & Revision Policy

This service policy explains how to agree project scope, delivery and revisions with ABN Clipping House. Please confirm the written quote before work begins.

Quotes and project scope

Send representative files, image count, instructions, output formats and your deadline. The written quote confirms the work included, total price, delivery schedule and payment arrangements. Website prices are starting estimates; complexity and quantity affect the final quote.

Samples and delivery

Sample eligibility and any sample fee are confirmed before editing. Delivery timing is confirmed after the files and brief have been reviewed. Changes to the brief or delays in receiving files may require a revised schedule.

Revisions

Please provide clear, consolidated feedback referencing the original brief. We review corrections against the agreed instructions. New editing requests, additional files or changes in style may need a separate quote. Any included revision limits and review period should be confirmed in your written quote.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or have a delivery concern. We review the agreed scope, work completed, payment arrangements and the specific issue before confirming a resolution. This page does not promise an automatic refund or impose a fixed refund limit; any project-specific cancellation terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

Your files

Submit only files you are authorised to use and share. Supplying images for editing does not give us permission to publish them in our portfolio. If you need an NDA, restricted access or a specific deletion schedule, agree it before sharing files. Read our Privacy Policy.

Preparing a brief for your quote

Identify the required edits for each group of images. For example, separate background removal from surface retouching, shadow creation or artwork tracing when more than one task is needed. Include a marked reference copy where written instructions alone might be unclear, and keep the unmarked original available for production.

Tell us the final dimensions, background treatment, file type and naming convention. If your team needs editable files, list that requirement before accepting the quote. A JPG preview and a layered source file serve different purposes, so the expected deliverables should be clear to everyone involved.

Checking the agreed project details

Before production, review the image quantity, instructions, output formats and delivery date together. Point out any missing requirement or conflicting reference. If only part of a batch needs a different treatment, identify those filenames rather than applying the instruction to the entire folder.

For ongoing catalogue work, retain the approved reference so future requests can describe the intended finish consistently. Tell us when a new batch differs from the earlier project. Similar products may still require a different amount of cleanup, masking or detail work, which should be assessed from representative files.

Giving clear feedback

Review the delivered files against the written brief and approved sample, where one was agreed. Check important edges, labels, colours and output dimensions. Describe each concern using the relevant filename and a marked screenshot when helpful. One consolidated feedback list makes it easier to distinguish corrections from new creative requests.

If you want a different background, additional output sizes or a new editing style after the scope is agreed, explain the change separately. This allows any effect on price, included work and schedule to be discussed before further production. Refer to the revision limits and review period recorded in your quote.

Keeping project communication organised

Use the existing project conversation when sending updated instructions or raising a concern. Include the quote or order reference and explain which version of the files is current. If a sharing link expires or access changes, provide an updated link and identify any files that have been replaced.

This service policy provides general workflow guidance. Read it alongside your written quote for the requirements specific to your assignment. Visit our starting-price guide for an overview, or contact us with representative samples to discuss your project.
