Request a free trial sample edit

A free trial sample helps us agree on the finish before a larger batch, subject to eligibility and scope confirmation. Tell us which service you need and share one representative image for review.

How the trial works

  1. Send a representative sample link and describe the required edits.
  2. Ask us to confirm whether the image qualifies for a free trial and agree the sample scope.
  3. Review the result and discuss the price and delivery plan for your full batch.

Complex compositing, detailed reconstruction and large batches may require a paid sample. We confirm any charge before starting.

Tell us what you need edited. Include your image quantity, deadline, and a link to sample images so we can prepare a tailored quote.

    Prepare your free trial request

A useful sample represents the work you expect in the full project. Choose a photograph that shows your typical product, source quality and editing requirements. Include a short brief so we can assess suitability and agree what the sample should demonstrate before editing begins.

    Which image should I choose?

Select an original file that is similar to the rest of your batch. If the collection contains several product types or different levels of detail, explain those differences in your message. A single straightforward image may not represent a batch containing fine openings, reflective surfaces or translucent materials.

Send the highest-quality version available and avoid screenshots where you have an original photograph. Include a link to the selected image and check that it can be opened by the intended recipient.

What should the sample brief include?

Describe the required background, crop, retouching and shadow treatment. Identify features that must remain unchanged, such as labels, texture, product colour or surface condition. If you have an approved reference, share it and explain which elements you want followed.

Tell us the intended use and required output format. A transparent cut-out and a white-background listing image have different delivery requirements, so specify the version you want to review.

Does every image qualify for a free trial?

Eligibility and sample scope are confirmed after review. Complex compositing, detailed reconstruction and large batches may require a paid sample, as explained above. Please describe the full editing request so any charge can be discussed before work starts.

Include your expected project quantity and preferred deadline. These details help place the sample in context and allow the full project requirements to be reviewed alongside it.

How should I review the returned sample?

Compare the result with the source photograph, your written instructions and any agreed reference. Look closely at product edges, small openings, colour, texture, shadows and the crop. Check the output dimensions and file type against the sample brief.

Provide specific feedback using the file name and the area that needs attention. Agree the required finish before treating the sample as the reference for a larger batch.

What happens before the full project starts?

After reviewing the sample, discuss the complete image quantity, editing scope, delivery schedule and required file versions. The project quote should identify the work included and any additional requirements. Revision arrangements are agreed with the project details before production.

If later files differ from the sample, point out the differences before the batch begins. This gives both teams a chance to review their effect on the required editing, price and timing.

    What about confidential product images?

Tell us about confidentiality or restricted-access requirements before sharing your sample. Provide only the files needed to review the editing request. If the material is not yet public, explain any handling requirements in advance so they can be discussed before access is arranged. Keep account passwords out of the form.
