Manual vector tracing for clean, scalable artwork.
Our manual vector tracing service redraws existing logos and raster artwork as editable paths in Adobe Illustrator. Send your JPG or PNG source for a logo redraw or raster-to-vector recreation, with AI, EPS, SVG or PDF output agreed for print, signage, packaging or digital use.

PREPARE YOUR PROJECT
What to send
Send your best available source image and specify whether you need an exact recreation or corrections. Include colours, dimensions, fonts if available, and the intended printing process.
Your finished files
Choose AI, EPS, SVG or PDF vector files, with JPG or PNG previews when requested. Text treatment and colour requirements are agreed before delivery.
SET THE REDRAW BRIEF
Manual vector tracing for the way your artwork will be used.
Tell us whether the design needs a faithful redraw or agreed corrections. A raster image may contain blurred edges, compression marks or unclear lettering, so the best available source and a reference are useful before we begin.
For logos, provide brand colours and font details if you have them. Specify whether lettering should remain editable or be converted to outlines. Recreating a missing font or reconstructing intricate artwork can change the scope, so those requirements should be identified in the quote.
CHOOSE YOUR FORMATS
Editable artwork and practical previews.
AI, EPS, SVG and PDF serve different production workflows. Share your printer or supplier requirements, final dimensions and intended use so we can agree the output. JPG or PNG previews can be supplied for checking the appearance alongside the vector files.
Placing a raster photograph inside an SVG or PDF does not make the photograph editable vector artwork. Our tracing brief focuses on recreating the agreed shapes and paths; photographs, gradients and complex effects need individual assessment.
Review your manually traced artwork
Compare the recreated artwork with the approved source and check lettering, spacing, curves and small shapes. Review the design at its intended size as well as enlarged. Tell us which details need adjustment using a marked reference or clear notes.
Before approving the delivery, confirm that the agreed file formats and versions are included. If a printer or production supplier has specific requirements, share those instructions before the files are prepared.

MANUAL VECTOR TRACING QUESTIONS
Useful answers before you send your artwork.
Send representative files for advice on scope, output and a confirmed quote.
Which files can you redraw?
Send your clearest available JPG, PNG, scan or existing artwork. We review the source before confirming whether it can be recreated accurately and which details need clarification.
Will the vector stay sharp when enlarged?
Vector paths can be scaled without the pixelation of a raster image. Photographs, textures and effects may need a different approach; we agree any limitations before production.
Which editable formats can I receive?
AI, EPS, SVG and PDF are available as agreed in your quote. Tell us whether the artwork is for printing, signage, packaging or digital use so we can prepare suitable files.
