TELL US ABOUT YOUR IMAGES
Request a custom quote before production
For a custom quote, send a sample link, image quantity, editing instructions and deadline. We will review the work and confirm the price, file formats and delivery schedule.
Your project details
You can describe different editing needs in one enquiry. If you have a reference style or naming convention, include it below.
Sending sample images
Include a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link in your message. Share only the files needed for the quote and check that the link allows us to view them. Do not send account passwords.
Regular batches?
Tell us your typical weekly or monthly quantity so we can discuss a repeatable editing workflow.
How your custom quote is prepared
A useful quote defines the work, the files to be delivered and the agreed schedule. Representative samples help us assess the editing involved before production. Use the guidance below to describe the project, particularly when several services or levels of complexity are included.
Describe the editing required for each group
For product photographs, identify whether you need clipping paths, background removal, retouching, colour adjustments or shadow creation. Describe the required background and whether you want existing shadows retained, removed or replaced. Mark any areas that need particular attention, such as openings, reflective surfaces, transparent sections or fine edges.
If the batch contains different product types, separate them into named groups. A simple solid-edged item and a detailed object may need different treatment. Include a few examples from each group so the scope can be reviewed fairly.
Specify manual vector tracing and artwork requirements
For a vector project, send the clearest available source and explain its intended use. Tell us whether you need an exact recreation or specific changes to shapes, lettering or colours. Identify unclear details rather than leaving them open to interpretation.
List the required deliverables, such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF, along with any print dimensions or production instructions. A custom quote can account for several versions or file formats when they are described in the initial brief.
Confirm quantity and output specifications
Give the total number of source files and explain how many finished versions you need from each one. For example, one photograph may require a transparent cut-out and a separate white-background version. Include any alternative crops, sizes or naming requirements.
Specify the output dimensions, file format and intended destination, such as a store listing, catalogue or print layout. If you need editable PSD files, include that request before the price is agreed. Clear output requirements help avoid confusion between image quantity and the number of delivered files.
Explain deadlines and recurring batches
State your preferred completion date and time zone. Mention staged deliveries if some files are needed earlier than others. For recurring work, describe the typical batch size, upload frequency and approved reference style.
Timing is confirmed after the source files and editing requirements have been reviewed. Let us know if a launch, print deadline or catalogue update affects your schedule so it can be discussed before production.
Review the scope before approving work
Check that your custom quote covers the requested services, quantity, total price, output files and delivery schedule. Ask about any unclear points before approving the project. Revision arrangements should also be agreed against the brief and reference images.
If you later add files or request a different finish, describe the change before further work proceeds. This allows any effect on the scope, price or timing to be discussed. Keep the agreed instructions with your project files for reference when reviewing the delivery.
