How your price is calculated
There is no single price for every image. The work needed to achieve your required result determines the final quote.
- Service and complexity: edges, object count, fine detail, source quality and cleanup requirements.
- Quantity and consistency: total volume, similar images and an approved reference for the batch.
- Combined edits: for example, background removal plus retouching and a shadow.
- Delivery requirements: deadline, dimensions, colour settings and editable source files.
Any additional charges or minimum order requirements are confirmed before you approve the work.
Simple or complex?
Send representative samples so we can assess the work accurately.
- Simple: straightforward product shapes, a clear source image and limited cleanup. Starting rates may apply.
- Detailed: more curves, openings, multiple components or additional refinements. Quoted after review.
- Complex: fine hair or fur, transparency, intricate artwork or extensive reconstruction. A custom quote is required.
Regular batches and combined services
For recurring catalogue work, share your typical image volume, editing requirements and preferred schedule. We can prepare pricing for the actual workflow and agree a reference for future batches.
If you need several edits on the same image, request one combined quote. This makes the included work and total cost clear before production.
Pricing questions
Is the starting price the final price?
Only when the source files and agreed edits qualify for that rate. We review complexity and confirm the total in a written quote before work begins.
Are revisions included?
Revision arrangements are confirmed with the project quote. Corrections are reviewed against the original brief; new instructions or additional files may need a revised quote. See our Service & Revision Policy.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery depends on the number of files, complexity and current schedule. Include your deadline with the enquiry so we can confirm a suitable delivery date.
Can I request a sample edit?
Yes. Send a representative image and your instructions. Sample eligibility and any fee are confirmed before editing.
What about other editing services?
Additional starting rates: multiple clipping paths $0.40/image; colour correction $0.50/image; ghost mannequin $0.50/image; masking $1/image; jewelry retouching $1/image; automotive editing $5/image; photo manipulation $5/image. Complexity and combined work are quoted after review.
